Yesterday (Monday 10th January 2014) our showgirls appeared on the Alan Titchmarsh show. In their full Vegas sequin & feather outfits they escorted Alan on the show and took part in a feature to test lipsticks out for Valentines Day. If you missed it, it's available on catch up for a few weeks.
Our Vegas style showgirls are available for all sorts of events and can be booked by getting in touch with cabaretrouge@live.co.uk
We've got a showreel of all our television and film appearances in the pipeline which will be on the website in Spring.
Hot on the heels of our charleston in Peaky Blinders on BBC 2 and nude fan dance in the feature film The Look of Love, we recently shot another BBC 1 drama series The Game where we played the role of 1970s strippers.
Keep an eye out in 2014 for us in this Cold War spy thriller starring Tom Hughes, Brian Cox, Paul Ritter & Shaun Dooley.
Hot on the heels of The Look of Love, Cabaret Rouge appeared on BBC2 in the drama series Peaky Blinders starring Cillian Murphy. We were the 1920s flappers, the "Busby Barclay Showgirls" performing at the races. If you're quick you can still catch Episode 3 on BBC iPlayer.
If you've seen Michael Winterbottom's The Look of Love, starring Steve Coogan and Anna Friel then you'll have undoubtedly seen Katie Derry, Jade Phipps and Gemma from Cabaret Rouge as the nude dancers in Paul Raymond's Revue Bar.
Here are some screenshots from the film a fan sent to us. Be warned, they contain a lot of nudity!
Those fabulous folks at the Black Cat Cabaret have put together a beautiful new poster, with us hidden in there in full Ballet Whore attire.
It certainly drew some bemused looks on the tube home after the shoot! Slightly biased but we love it as a routine and it's exclusive to Black Cat so get your tickets quick before they sell out!
The Look of Love starring Steve Coogan, Anna Friel, David Walliams and Stephen Fry is coming to the big screen in the UK on 26th April 2013.
We've seen an advance screening and thought it was brilliant! We are slightly biased though as there's plenty of shots of us dancing around naked as you'll see from the trailer!
If you've seen the lovely ladies of Cabaret Rouge perform their fan dance and want to get the look yourself, head on over to Holloway Smith Noir where you can pick up the Cabaret Rouge pasties! Perfect for valentines day!
We are very excited to announce that in January 2013 we will be returning to the Cafe de Paris as part of the cast of The Black Cat Cabaret.
Dreamed up by long-term collaborators Vicky Butterfly, Dusty Limits and David Harris, The Black Cat Cabaret draws inspiration from the absinthe-soaked heyday of Montmartre’s dark and daring cabaret underworld. Expect a carnival of street singers and mad musicians, acrobats, dancers and illusionists, delirious comics and exotic artistes, as well as a contemporary take on belle epoque Chinese shadow plays.
The Black Cat Cabaret is a place to encounter modern performance in all its wondrous forms – from the sacred to the profane, the lyrical to the louche – with walkabout entertainment, fine dining and a spectacular and provocative stage show amidst the grandeur of London’s most historic variety venue. It’s where London’s revellers come to rub shoulders and purr, as the elusive eponymous feline watches from the shadows…
Early bird tickets from £12 and dinner packages from £47.50
Michael Winterbottom's King of Soho has been renamed The Look of Love and the first poster for it features two of Cabaret Rouge's scantily clad burlesque fan dancers either side of star Steve Coogan.
